Position Summary

At Jet Aviation, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in every aspect of business aviation. As part of our dedicated team, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to oversee and manage end-to-end project performance activities for high-end cabin completions and refurbishments. From first contact with the core team to final redelivery, you will play an important role in ensuring each project-s success. You will see the tangible impact of your efforts from concept to completion, promised!

Your role

• Own the Project Timeline: Plan, monitor, and manage projects through all phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Ensure Excellence: Guarantee that every project meets the highest standard of technical quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Drive Schedule Adherence: Coordinate closely with stakeholders, ensuring that the project stays on track through diligent schedule management
• Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and challenges early, developing actionable mitigation strategies to keep the project moving forward
• Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a cross-functional leader, working in a matrix organization to align resources and meet project milestones

Your profile

• Proven expertise in project management within a global, matrixed environment
• Deep understanding of Gantt charting and scheduling processes
• Exceptional analytical skills and solution-oriented mind-set
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation
• Ability to adapt, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative team player with the talent to inspire and influence
• Strong communication skills, fluently spoken in English; any other language is a plus
