Position Summary

Our Real Estate and FM Team is seeking a Team Assistant for 2 years to support a Major Infrastructure Project in Basel. Reporting to the Senior Manager Facility, Project & Maintenance, the Team Assistant will provide administrative support and coordination throughout the duration of the Project.

Main Responsibilities

• General administrative support for the Department and Projects
• Organizing internal and external meetings and events
• Creating and maintaining the KPI dashboard for project monitoring
• Creating, organizing, and standardizing reporting templates
• Maintaining project and department documentation
• Fostering a teamwork environment within the project business unit
• Coordinating with training department for compliance with training requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience as an administrative assistant
• Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and anticipating tasks 
• Strong attention to detail and accurate working style
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic, and international setting
• Knowledge of Project management processes and tools (Preferred)
• Fluency in English essential, French and German language skills would be an asset
